First night they had something going on in the hotel and people kept yelling. Hitting our door and making all kinds of noise. We called to the front desk and the girl was not helpful or caring

The hotel's location was wonderful, really close to Close to Northtown Mall, the mall and many restaurants. Furthermore, in the nearby neighborhood. We booked newly remodelled queen room with a jacuzzi and could use wake-up service, available in it.

The hotel's location is amazing, close to Coon Rapids, Minn, off Hwy 10 on Coon Rapids Blvd. There were newly decorated rooms with a king bed and whirlpool. The hotel is conveniently located near the store and other activities.

Could of used some good outside seating. 1 uncomfortable picnic bench didn't cut it.

The staff was friendly and the check-in process was smooth. The complementary breakfast was decent. The hotel is located close to the hospital and many restaurants, which was convenient. We were able to use the breakfast area for a family meeting, providing a comfortable setting for all of us.
We had continuous problems with the key card system, having to seek key replacements multiple times. The wifi connection was unreliable, constantly losing connection.
